Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PeopleGraphs website, applications and related services (“PeopleGraphs”, the “service”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use PeopleGraphs. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential and promptly report unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the people, relationships, notes, images and graphs you create or upload (“your content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce and display your content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use your content and that it does not violate any law, privacy right, intellectual-property right or other person’s rights. You are responsible for backing up important content and may export supported graph data from the service.
Public sharing
Graphs you publish or share through a public link may be viewed and redistributed by others. Do not publish private, confidential or sensitive personal information without appropriate permission. Review a graph carefully before making it public; changing its visibility later cannot remove copies already made by others.
Acceptable use
You may not use PeopleGraphs to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, harass others, or publish hateful, deceptive or harmful content.
- Expose personal or confidential information without authorization.
- Upload malware, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, or gain unauthorized access.
- Scrape, overload or automatically access the service in a way that harms users or infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
Our service & intellectual property
PeopleGraphs and its software, design, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or our trademarks to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve PeopleGraphs without restriction or compensation.
Paid services
Some features may require payment. Prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change future pricing after giving reasonable notice; a change will apply from your next billing period.
Suspension & termination
You may stop using PeopleGraphs at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, or when required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your content. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability and disputes continue after termination.
Service availability & disclaimers
We work to keep PeopleGraphs reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free exports, or the accuracy of user-created content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeopleGraphs and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to PeopleGraphs during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes to the service or terms
We may update the service and these terms as PeopleGraphs evolves. For material changes, we will update the date above and provide reasonable notice through the service or by email where appropriate. Continuing to use PeopleGraphs after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
